Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At HunargHarr, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy returns and exchanges.

Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. After this period, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Worn or used clothing
  • Intimate or sanitary items
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items

Partial Refunds May Be Issued If:

  • The item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts not due to our error.
  • The item is returned after the 30-day return window.
  • Any item shows visible signs of wear or use.

Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and credited to your original method of payment.
  • If rejected, we will share the reason along with further guidance.

Late or Missing Refunds?

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your card provider—it may take a few days before the refund reflects.
  • Contact your bank for processing timelines.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during delivery

To request an exchange for the same item, email us at hunargharr1@gmail.com with your order details and issue, and send the item to the return address mentioned below.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable.
  • If your return is approved for refund, the return shipping cost (if prepaid by us) will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
